Prices & Payments

Prices shown are inclusive of VAT and delivery charges.

Payment methods accepted -

Cleared payment of the full amount due, must be made before the items will be dispatched.

Delivery

Delivery charges:

Floats and accessories will normally be dispatched within 2 working days. However, while every effort is made to keep a stock if there is a run on a particular item dispatch maybe more than 2 days, you will be notified if this is the case.
Within the UK, items are sent by Royal Mail Second Class post and should be delivered within 2 to 5 working days. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched. If the order hasn't been received 7 days after dispatch, please let me know.
Overseas delivery times will vary, but you will be given an estimate with your dispatch confirmation.

All floats are posted in custom made secure packaging.

Cancellation & Returns

You should inspect the goods immediately on receipt and inform us within 48 hours of any damage or defects. If there is any damage to the goods they should be returned to us for a full refund (including delivery charges) or for a replacement.

The buyer has the right, under distance selling regulations, to change their mind and cancel the order from the moment it is placed and until 7 days of the receipt of the goods. If you do wish to cancel you should inform us in writing or by email within that time period. Goods must be returned, at your cost, securely packaged and insured. A refund of the price of the goods, not including delivery charges, will be issued with 30 days of receipt of the goods.
